Judy, our Principal Optometrist, brings over 20 years of experience in the optical industry. She graduated with Honours from the University of New South Wales and has practiced extensively across New South Wales — from the South Coast to Richmond and in Sydney’s CBD.
Driven by a passion for continuous learning, Judy continued seeing patients and returned to university part time and completed her Master of Optometry in 2012. Her postgraduate studies equipped her with advanced skills in myopia management, paediatric eye care, and the fitting of specialised contact lenses, including orthokeratology.
During this time, she joined the Brien Holden Vision Institute, contributing to clinical trials focused on myopia and contact lens development. A list of her published work can be found below.
In addition to her clinical work, Judy spent over 10 years as a regular visiting clinical supervisor for students in the Optometry and Vision Science program. During this time, she discovered a passion for applying the latest knowledge and technology to deliver practical, lifestyle-focused vision solutions.
